The BiT 1000 Power cable is a flexible power cable designed for use in low-voltage power networks (0.6/1 kV). The cable construction, based on XLPE insulation and a PVC sheath, ensures durability and safety of use both indoors and outdoors, as well as underground. Thanks to the flexibility of the stranded copper conductors class 5 (according to PN-EN 60228), the cable is easy to install and is ideal for powering portable and mobile devices.

This cable is recommended for a wide range of applications, from industrial installations to home electrical networks. Resistance to low temperatures (down to -40°C for fixed installations) and high operating temperatures (up to 90°C for conductors) guarantee reliable operation even in difficult conditions. Dielectric strength at 4000V (50Hz) and insulation resistance above 2000 MΩxkm confirm the high quality of workmanship and safety of use.

Construction features and user parameters

A key feature of the BiT 1000 Power cable is its flexibility, resulting from the use of stranded copper conductors. This allows easy cable routing even in tight spaces and complex installations. Colored conductors make it easier to identify individual wires during installation, and the lack of filling compound in cables with smaller cross-sections simplifies the connection preparation process. In addition, the cable is characterized by high mechanical and chemical resistance, which ensures its long-term operation.

It is worth noting the wide range of available conductor cross-sections, which allows you to choose a cable perfectly tailored to the needs of a specific application. For a cable with a cross-section of 50 mm², the approximate diameter is about 25 mm, and the calculated weight is about 58 kg/km. The minimum bending radius for flexible connections is 10xØ, and for fixed laying – 6xØ.
