This above-ground outdoor hydrant, made of durable spheroidal graphite cast iron (GJS), is a solid and reliable solution for water intake in both water supply and fire protection installations. Designed to operate at a nominal pressure of PN16 and a diameter of DN100, it provides an efficient medium flow, and its construction guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation. Hydrant HN3 is characterized primarily by durability and resistance to mechanical damage. Made of high-quality materials, it meets stringent safety standards (PN-EN 14384 type C) and provides effective protection against corrosion. The steel hydrant column, 1900 mm high, provides stability and allows for convenient use of the device. Additionally, the hydrant has a breakage protection – a special element connecting the above-ground parts with the underground one allows for controlled damage in the event of an impact, minimizing the risk of water leakage and damage to the entire installation.

The hydrant design has been carefully thought out in terms of ease of installation and maintenance. The movable lower collar allows for precise positioning of the hydrant during installation, and the automatic drain device protects the column from freezing during the winter period. The operating key for the hydrant (according to PN-M-74088) allows for smooth opening and closing of the valve, and the maximum torque of 130 Nm ensures comfortable use. It is important to regularly check the condition of the seals and the cleanliness of the outlet openings to ensure optimal device performance for years to come.
