The RK DN250 flange-to-pipe connector is a solid solution for repairing or connecting pipelines of various origins. It is suitable for both water supply installations and for connecting elements made of steel, cast iron, asbestos or PVC with flanged fittings. Its versatility will be appreciated by both installers and end-users who need a quick and effective way to restore tightness or expand an existing network.

Construction and materials – a guarantee of longevity

The body and cover of the connector are made of high-quality spheroidal cast iron (EN-GJS 500-7), which ensures resistance to pressure and corrosion. Spheroidal cast iron is also characterized by good plasticity, which allows it to absorb stresses resulting from the angular deflection of the pipe – up to 3°. The whole is covered with epoxy paint RAL 5005, which additionally protects against external factors. The EPDM gasket ensures tightness in the temperature range from 0 to 75°C.

Easy installation and wide application

The RK DN250 connector is adapted to cooperate with pipes with a nominal diameter of DN250 (250-280 mm). The flanged connection compliant with PN-EB 1092-2 standard guarantees compatibility with most fittings available on the market. Thanks to its design, the connector allows connecting elements with slight displacements or unevenness, which facilitates installation in difficult conditions. This is particularly important when repairing existing installations, where perfect alignment of elements is often impossible.
