Construction and application

This pipe-to-flange coupling is designed to connect pipes with a nominal diameter of DN100 to flanged fittings. Its construction based on a body and a clamping cover with an elastomer seal (EPDM or NBR) ensures a tight and reliable connection. It can be used in water supply networks with a nominal pressure of up to 1.6 MPa. Additionally, it allows for a pipe angular deflection of up to ±3°, which facilitates installation in the event of minor irregularities.

The coupling design takes into account the possibility of use in water supply installations and other systems transporting chemically inert liquids. Thanks to precise workmanship and high-quality materials, the coupling meets the requirements of PN-EB 1092-2 standards regarding flanged connections. The weight of the coupling is approximately 6.5 kg and its dimensions allow for easy installation even in tight spaces. Special versions with a brass clamping ring for PE/PVC pipes (execution 11-12) are also available, which prevent the pipe from slipping out of the connection.
