This two-piece 90° elbow from the B Press Gas series is an element of a system of fittings designed for safe and durable connection of pipes in gas installations. Made of high-quality Cu-DHP copper, it provides corrosion resistance and long-lasting tightness. The fitting is ideal for changing the direction of the installation by 90 degrees while maintaining full flow efficiency.

Construction and materials

The elbow is made of Cu-DHP copper (CW024A) – a material of high purity (99.99%) and corrosion resistance. The use of phosphorus-deoxidized copper guarantees connection stability and minimizes the risk of failure. The fitting has a retaining collar that further protects against the pipe being pulled out of the connection. The use of a cylindrical guide ring in front of the burr with a sealing O-ring facilitates correct insertion of the pipe and protects the sealing element from damage. The O-ring is made of HNBR with a PI (Press Indicator) system, which visually confirms the correct pressing.

Application and compliance with standards

The B Press Gas elbow is used in installations of natural gas, LPG and compressed air. It can be used in systems with a maximum working pressure of 5 bar at a temperature of 20°C. The fitting is compatible with copper pipes meeting the PN-EN 1057 standard. The product has certificates confirming its quality and safety, including compliance with PN-C 04750 and PN-EN 12449 standards.
