Application and benefits

Ideal component for water‑gas installations where a reliable and durable change of direction of a 22 mm (3/4 inch) pipe is required. Thanks to the 90° angle it provides a straight change of the conduit flow, facilitating installation in tight spaces.

• Easy installation – the first connection is a soldering coupling, so the installer can quickly and confidently join the element to a copper pipe using traditional soldering techniques.

• Safe gas connection – the other end features an internal BSPP‑G thread (ISO 228‑1), meeting gas installation requirements and providing leak‑tightness without additional seals.

• Corrosion resistance – made of bronze CuSn5Zn5Pb2‑C according to PN EN 1982, guaranteeing long‑term material stability even in humid environments.

• Lightweight and compact – weight approx. 0.1 kg and dimensions about 40 × 30 × 40 mm allow easy handling and space saving in distribution cabinets.

Construction and compliance

The elbow is manufactured in Poland as part of the 4000 series of the Conex brand, reflecting high quality standards controlled at every production stage.

• Connections – both ends have the same nominal diameter (3/4 inch), simplifying the selection of complementary parts and eliminating the need for adapters.
