Brass Tee for Copper Installations

Manufactured from brass CuSn5Zn5Pb2-C (CC499K-DW) in accordance with PN EN 1982, this tee is designed for permanent, leak-tight connections in hydronic systems. The material provides excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability—particularly beneficial in systems exposed to high humidity or cyclic temperature fluctuations.

The connections are engineered for easy installation: two socket ends for gas soldering onto 15 mm copper pipes, and a third with internal BSPP-G thread, enabling direct connection to valves or fittings without additional adapters. The angle between the branches is 90°, allowing natural flow direction changes without requiring extra components. All surfaces are precision-machined—no additional cleaning or polishing is needed prior to installation.

This product is made in Poland and is part of the 4000 series by CONEX, a trusted solution used for years by installers in residential and commercial construction. No special tools are required beyond a soldering torch and soldering paste—installation is straightforward, even in confined spaces.

Important notes:

• Do not use in systems exceeding 16 bar pressure (although not explicitly rated by the manufacturer, this limit is recommended for typical domestic installations)
• The BSPP-G thread is standard and compatible with most valves and taps available on the Polish market
• The brass material requires no additional surface protection—it does not rust or react with potable water
