Angular fitting for gas and heating installations

90° elbow made of Cu-DHP copper with 99.99% purity, oxygen-free and phosphorus-deoxidized in accordance with PN EN 1254, ensuring corrosion resistance and long-term stability under humid and elevated temperature conditions. The material is suitable for use in central heating (c.o.), domestic hot water (c.w.u.), and gas systems—including natural gas and LPG—thanks to its internal 1/2" thread, enabling direct connection to valves, regulators, or other threaded components.

Connection to copper tubing (outer diameter 15 mm) is achieved via press-fitting using V-profile jaws. The system requires no additional seals—leak-tightness is guaranteed by a dual hexagonal crimp before and after the groove, along with a unique O-ring inside the sleeve. This design eliminates the risk of leaks caused by improper tightening or seal degradation.

The 34 mm grip depth ensures stable connection even under high mechanical loads, while the claw-style design simplifies installation in confined spaces—such as behind walls or in restricted areas. At just 0.12 kg, the fitting imposes minimal load on the structure, and its compact shape allows precise integration into existing systems.
