This 90° single-bend elbow with a diameter of 35 mm from the B Press series is a component of a press fitting system, made of high-quality copper Cu-DHP (CW024A). Designed for creating connections in water and gas installations, it ensures tightness and long-term reliability. Durable Materials and Precision Manufacturing

B Press fittings are made of deoxygenated phosphorus copper, in accordance with PN EN 1254, which guarantees high corrosion resistance and long life. The use of bronze CuSn5Zn5Pb2-C (CC499K-DW) in some additional elements further increases mechanical strength and resistance to external factors. Thanks to this, the installation made using these fittings will last for years without the need for repairs.

Versatile Application and Compliance with Standards

The 90° single-bend elbow from the B Press series is used in installations:

• water – both hot and cold water,
• gas – natural gas and LPG,
• compressed air.

The fitting has Gastec QA and KIWA certificates, which confirm its compliance with applicable safety and quality standards. The maximum working pressure is 16 bar at a temperature of 20°C. The use of an EPDM gasket provides additional tightness of the connection. It has a support collar for stable mounting.

Easy Installation with Pressing System

The B Press system enables quick and reliable installation without the need for soldering or threading. Simply insert the pipe into the clamping sleeve and the insert, then press the connection using the appropriate tool (B profile jaws – Rems profile V). This solution significantly reduces installation time and minimizes the risk of errors. The fitting is one-piece, which simplifies the installation process.
