This Conex simple connector is a reliable solution for joining pipes in water, heating, air conditioning installations, as well as compressed air and oil pipelines. Made of high-quality brass, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. Its versatility allows for connecting copper pipes (compliant with PN EN 1057) and stainless steel pipes (compliant with PN EN 10312) using a screwing method.

Characteristics and application

The Conex simple connector is characterized by a compression ring connection on one side and a tapered BSPT-R (ISO 7-1 / EN 10226-1) external thread on the other. The nominal diameter of the connections is 1/2 inch (15 mm), making it ideal for standard domestic and industrial installations. A bend angle of 180° facilitates routing pipes in the desired direction.

Thanks to the use of brass CW617N or DZR (dezincification resistant), the connector retains its properties for a long time, even in difficult operating conditions. The unique nut with protrusions ensures a firm clamping of the ring, which translates into connection reliability.
