Ball valve JIP with welding ends, PN40, DN20 065N0105
Ball valve for demanding installations
This high-quality JIP ball valve, designed for welding, is a reliable solution for heating, cooling, and systems with treated water installations. Made of steel and equipped with a ball and stem seal made of Teflon (PTFE) enriched with carbon, it guarantees a long service life and optimal tightness. Pressure class PN40 and nominal diameter DN20 make it an ideal choice for applications requiring resistance to high pressure and temperature.
This valve is characterized by a full bore, which minimizes pressure loss and ensures efficient system operation. The one-piece body construction increases its strength and resistance to mechanical damage. The handle allows for easy and intuitive manual operation. Additionally, the valve is prepared for actuator mounting, allowing for future automation – compliance with ISO 5211 standard (type F03) facilitates the selection of an appropriate actuator.
Construction and materials ensuring reliability
The valve has been designed with durability and reliability in mind. The steel body provides mechanical strength, and the stainless steel used to make the ball guarantees corrosion resistance. The ball and stem seal made of Teflon (PTFE) enriched with carbon ensures excellent tightness even in difficult working conditions. Additionally, each valve undergoes rigorous quality control – leak tests, body tests, and dimensional and functional tests are carried out in accordance with EN 12266 part 1 P10-P11-P12 and part 2 F20.
The JIP valve also stands out with a high KV coefficient, which translates to lower energy consumption costs for the pump – this is particularly important in heating and cooling systems. The ability to operate at temperatures up to 180°C expands its range of applications. The maximum working pressure is 40 bar, ensuring safe operation even in demanding conditions.
