Ball valve JIP with welding ends, PN40, DN32 065N0115
Ball valve for demanding installations
The JIP ball valve with welding ends, with a nominal diameter of DN32 and a pressure class of PN40, is a reliable solution for heating, cooling systems and installations with treated water. Made of steel with a stainless steel ball, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. Its construction allows for safe and efficient shut-off of the medium flow.
This valve is particularly appreciated for its precision of execution and high quality of materials used. The sealing of the ball and stem with Teflon (PTFE) reinforced with carbon guarantees a long service life and optimal tightness, minimizing the risk of leaks. Thanks to this, both installers and end-users can count on trouble-free operation for a long time.
Construction and application
The JIP valve is characterized by a one-piece body construction, which increases its strength. It is designed for welding, which ensures a durable and tight connection with the pipeline. Thanks to the pressure class PN40, it can be used in installations with increased requirements regarding working pressure - up to 40 bar. The operating temperature reaches 180°C. The valve has a handle for manual flow control.
The use of Teflon (PTFE) sealing in combination with precise machining translates into a minimal pressure drop in the installation and a high KV value - which means lower energy costs required to pump the medium. Each valve undergoes rigorous quality control, including tightness tests of the body and dimensions in accordance with EN 12266 part 1 P10-P11-P12 and part 2 F20.
