Ball valve JIP with welding ends, PN40, DN25 065N0110
Ball valve JIP is a reliable solution for water installations, especially in heating and cooling systems. Designed to work with treated hot water, it performs perfectly in demanding conditions. Made of steel with a ball and stem seal made of Teflon (PTFE) enriched with carbon, it guarantees a long service life and optimal tightness.
Design and application
This valve is characterized by a one-piece body construction and welding connections, which ensures durability and ease of installation. It is intended for applications requiring complete opening or closing of the flow - hence its classification as an ON/OFF type valve. Thanks to the pressure class PN40, it can operate in installations with a maximum working pressure of 40 bar. The nominal diameter DN25 makes it an ideal choice for medium flows.
Advantages and benefits
- High reliability: Each valve undergoes 100% final inspection, including leak tests, body tests, and dimensions and functionality tests in accordance with EN 12266 part 1 P10-P11-P12 and part 2 F20.
- Energy saving: JIP valves are characterized by a high KV coefficient, which translates into minimal energy losses during flow and reduces pump operating costs.
- Durability: The use of Teflon (PTFE) enriched with carbon as a sealing material for the ball and stem ensures long-lasting tightness and abrasion resistance.
- Temperature resistance: The valve can operate at temperatures up to 180°C, which expands the range of its applications.
- Solid construction: The steel body provides mechanical strength and corrosion resistance.
- Precise workmanship: Stainless steel used to make the stem guarantees corrosion resistance and long-term valve efficiency.
