Condensing gas boiler – efficient heating and domestic hot water

This set combines a De Dietrich MCR3 evo 35T condensing gas boiler with an Elensio 250 H thermodynamic water heater and an iSense smart controller. This is a comprehensive solution providing thermal comfort in your home, both in terms of heating and domestic hot water. The boiler is characterized by high efficiency, compact dimensions and ease of installation.

Condensing technology utilizes the heat contained in the flue gases, which translates into lower gas consumption and reduced heating costs. The compact design (370 x 550 x 360 mm) and low weight (25 kg) facilitate installation even in limited spaces. The factory settings of the boiler allow for quick system start-up without the need for complicated adjustments.

The set is adapted to operate with natural gas, but can also be successfully used with propane – without the need for additional modifications. The ability to connect to various flue gas systems (chimney, distributed or collective system) provides flexibility during installation.

Construction and operating parameters

The MCR3 evo boiler is equipped with a monobloc heat exchanger made of an aluminum-silicon alloy, which is resistant to scale formation. The hydraulic unit contains a modulating pump of class A, a central heating/domestic hot water switching valve, a safety valve and a flow limiter. An expansion vessel with a capacity of 8 liters is mounted directly on the boiler frame. The maximum operating temperature is 90°C, and the maximum operating pressure is 3 bar. The boiler has overheating protection thanks to a thermostat set at 110°C. Electrical supply: 230 V/50 Hz, degree of protection IP X4D.
