Outdoor gel-filled installation cable DIGITUS cat. 6, F/UTP, AWG 23/1, PE, 305m, black, reel DK-TP622

Telecommunications cable for outdoor applications – reliability and durability

This Cat 6 cable, with F/UTP construction, is designed for demanding outdoor installations. Made of polyethylene (PE) and gel-filled, it provides a reliable connection even in harsh weather conditions and during direct burial in the ground. The cable is UV resistant, guaranteeing its long-term functionality. The cable is supplied on a spool of 305 meters in length and features a black jacket, making it easy to identify and integrate with the surroundings.

Construction and application

This cable consists of eight conductors, arranged in pairs shielded with foil (F/UTP). The conductors are made of HDPE, and the whole is surrounded by a durable PE jacket. This combination of materials provides not only protection against mechanical damage and external factors but also high-quality data transmission up to 250 MHz. Thanks to the gel filling, the cable is ideal for underground installations where moisture can be a problem. It will work well in both LAN networks and monitoring or alarm systems requiring a stable connection outside buildings.

Warranty and benefits for professionals and end users

By choosing this cable, you are investing in a solution covered by a 25-year system warranty – this confirms its high quality and reliability. For installers, this means confidence in performing a durable and trouble-free installation, minimizing the risk of complaints. For end users, the warranty provides peace of mind and confidence in the long-term operation of the network. The cable with AWG 23/1 diameter provides adequate flexibility during installation, and its solid construction guarantees resistance to mechanical damage. Additionally, the black jacket makes it easier to identify the cable in the installation and provides an aesthetic appearance.
