The Distar CS-X diamond core drill bit is an advanced tool designed for drilling precise holes for electrical sockets in masonry walls. The ADTnS DLD CS-X system utilizes diamond segments evenly distributed around the crown, ensuring high performance and stable drilling speed even in the most challenging construction materials.

The crown excels in drilling reinforced and non-reinforced concrete, aerated concrete, and brick. Dry drilling eliminates the need for additional water supply systems, significantly simplifying the installation process and increasing tool mobility. The uniform distribution of diamonds in the segments guarantees clean cutting without chipping or cracking the material.

Construction and Mounting System

The crown is equipped with an internal M16 thread and a carbide-tipped centering drill bit with an M16/SDS Plus adapter. This mounting system enables quick and secure attachment of the tool to a hammer drill or rotary hammer chuck. The Magnet magnetic adapter is an optional accessory - it allows for instant removal of the centering drill bit after hole completion, significantly accelerating the entire work process.

The design is intended exclusively for rotary operation - impact drilling is strictly prohibited, as it may damage the delicate diamond segments. The tool is compatible with all types of variable-speed handheld electric drills and rotary hammer drills.

Operating Parameters and Usage Recommendations

Optimal performance is achieved using tools with a minimum power of 650W. The crown with a diameter of 82 mm and length of 70 mm provides adequate hole depth for standard installation boxes. The tool weighs approximately 0.7 kg, ensuring good maneuverability during operation.

For maximum efficiency, it is recommended to use a special adapter that supplies water to the working area - this system effectively removes generated debris and dust during the drilling process. Regular water cooling not only increases performance but also extends the service life of the diamond segments.

Application and Material Compatibility

The system is primarily dedicated to professional electrical installation - creating holes for sockets, switches, and installation boxes. It performs well in both new constructions and modernizations of existing installations. The crown can be used with all types of variable-speed handheld electric tools.

It is also available in other diameters (68 mm and 72 mm) for various mounting needs. Each version maintains identical segment construction and the M16/SDS Plus mounting system, ensuring universal application regardless of the selected working diameter.
