Drilling efficiency and speed

The RS-X diamond core drill is designed for precision drilling in hard construction materials - concrete and brick. The manufacturer declares a single hole drilling time of 40 seconds, which differs significantly from the performance of standard core bits that require 3 to 6 minutes per hole. With very hard concrete, the difference may be even greater - competing tools can spend up to 20 minutes on a single penetration.

DiaFix segment technology

The high efficiency of the RS-X results from three design solutions. The new segment shape acts more aggressively than in traditional core bits - it penetrates the material faster and maintains a constant cutting rate. The diamond is precisely distributed within the bond, maximizing the use of every grain and resulting in even tool wear. The advanced segment bond formula ensures stable operation at high speeds - the segment does not crumble or slip even during prolonged use.

The body is equipped with spring-loaded centering pins, which eliminate the need to drill a pilot hole before starting work - this accelerates the entire process and improves handling comfort.

Dry working and dust extraction

The drill operates without water cooling, which simplifies workstation organization and allows for operation where water access is difficult or impossible. The body features side holes for dust extraction, compatible with the SocketDUSTER Mechanic system - the dust generated during drilling is effectively removed continuously.

Dimensions and mounting

The core bit has a diameter of 72 mm with a working length of 70 mm. The M16 mounting thread allows for direct connection to standard rotary hammers with micro-impact - this combination allows for the declared time parameters to be achieved.
