The diamond core drill bit T-Concrete / SDS+ 68x65-4xM16 is designed for precise drilling of blind holes in masonry walls – including both non-reinforced and lightly reinforced concrete, as well as brick and stone. It does not require water cooling during operation, making installation easier in hard-to-reach areas or where water is unavailable.

Its design combines diamond segments with a centering bit made of sintered carbide, enabling accurate start of drilling without tool slippage, even on smooth surfaces. The M16/SDS+ adapter allows quick and secure mounting to the hammer drill, while the M16 thread enables easy attachment of the core bit to a mounting shaft.

Drilling must be performed exclusively in non-impact mode – using the hammer function will cause damage or breakage of the core bit. Numerous reviews confirm that improper use (e.g., on a hammer drill in impact mode) leads to adapter damage, even if the diamond segment remains intact.

For higher efficiency and reduced dust, it is recommended to use an additional water adapter – although not mandatory, it enables cleaner and more controlled drilling, especially for deeper holes or harder materials.

The drill bit has a diameter of 68 mm and a length of 65 mm – ideal for standard electrical and installation sockets. The product weighs approximately 0.15 kg, making it lightweight and easy to control during manual operation.

Not suitable for drilling through concrete reinforced with steel mesh – encountering rebar may damage the segments. In such cases, it is advisable to first drill a pilot hole with a smaller carbide-tipped bit.

This product is intended for installers using hammer drills with a minimum power of 650 W – lower power slows down drilling and increases the risk of overheating.
