Diamond Core Drill Bit for Concrete and Brick
Designed for creating blind holes for electrical outlets in masonry walls — suitable for reinforced, lightly reinforced, and non-reinforced concrete, brick, cellular concrete blocks, and stone. No water cooling required during operation, making installation easier in hard-to-reach areas or where water supply is unavailable.
Do not use in impact mode. Impact operation causes rapid damage to diamond segments and tool failure. The bit operates exclusively in rotary mode — compatible with hammer drills or rotary drills with rotary-only function (minimum power 650–900 W).
Construction and Package Contents
The tool features four diamond segments, each 9 mm high, ensuring stable and long-lasting cutting even in hard materials containing iron. Hole diameter: 82 mm; working length: 65 mm — ideal for standard electrical boxes.
Internal M16 threading allows secure attachment to the adapter, which is an integral part of the set. The adapter connects M16 thread to SDS+ shank, enabling quick and solid mounting in the hammer drill chuck. The set also includes a carbide centering drill bit, ensuring precise start-up and preventing tool slippage during the first seconds of drilling.
Practical Advantages
- Dry operation – No water supply needed; diamond segments effectively remove dust, reducing post-operation cleaning.
- Precise centering – Built-in centering drill eliminates the risk of bit slippage at startup, especially critical on smooth surfaces.
- Stability under load – M16/SDS+ construction ensures minimal vibration even during extended operation cycles.
- Long service life – Diamond segments resist wear during regular use; maintain cutting efficiency even after multiple holes in reinforced concrete.
- Compliance with standards – Tool design meets professional requirements for concrete and brick drilling without coolant.
Not suitable for cutting metal, wood, or flexible materials. Its sole purpose is precise hole drilling in hard construction materials — where traditional carbide core bits would be insufficiently efficient or wear out too quickly.
