This single-pole overcurrent circuit breaker from the PLSM series by Eaton is a key element in protecting electrical circuits. Characteristics and application

The PLSM-B10-MW circuit breaker is characterized by a B tripping characteristic, which means it reacts quickly to short circuits but is more tolerant to short-term current surges, e.g. when starting electric motors. The rated current of 10A makes it suitable for protecting lighting circuits, socket outlets and other loads with similar power consumption. The rated short-circuit breaking capacity of 10kA (at 230V and 400V) guarantees effective protection in the event of serious failures.
