Auxiliary contact module – expanding the functionality of contactors

This 1NO 1NC auxiliary contact module, designed for central mounting, expands the capabilities of Eaton DILEM series contactors. It allows adding additional auxiliary contacts to control and signaling circuits, which is crucial in more complex applications. This enables the implementation of additional functions, such as device status signaling or remote control.

Construction and mounting

The 11DILEM module is characterized by a simple construction and easy front mounting. Screw connection ensures a secure and durable electrical connection. Compact dimensions allow installation even in limited spaces. Auxiliary switch block with screw terminals, forced-guided contacts ensure reliable operation. Protection class IP20 protects against touch according to VDE 0106 part 100.

Application and benefits

This module is used in motor starters, industrial automation systems and wherever additional control and signaling are required. The rated operating current Ie for AC-15 at 230V is 4A, allowing use in circuits with moderate load. One normally open (1NO) and one normally closed (1NC) contact provide flexibility in configuring control circuits. This module is compatible with miniature power contactors DILE(E)M, DILEEM, DILEM and DILEM12 and DILER – which means that accessories are universal for the entire series. This simplifies inventory management and reduces operating costs.
