Universal auxiliary contactor for a wide range of applications

This auxiliary contactor, designated DILER-22, is a reliable solution for controlling electrical circuits. It is suitable for both industrial and commercial applications. Its compact dimensions (45 mm width, 58 mm height and 52 mm depth) allow for easy mounting on a DIN rail or with screws.

Functionality and operating parameters

The contactor is designed to operate with a control voltage of AC 230V (50Hz) or 240V (60Hz). The rated operating current is 3A at 400V, and the maximum switching current is 10A. It has two normally closed auxiliary contacts (2Z) and two normally open contacts (2R), providing flexibility in configuring control circuits. The ability to operate with AC/DC voltage in the range of 17-500V (AC) and 24-220V (DC) increases its versatility. Manufactured in accordance with IEC/EN60947, it guarantees safety and reliable operation.

Mounting and expansion

Mounting the contactor is simple thanks to the possibility of mounting on a DIN rail or with screws. Auxiliary circuits are connected using screw connections. The contactor design allows expansion to 8 contacts by adding auxiliary contact modules (available separately). This provides flexibility in adapting the device to specific application needs. Additionally, protective circuits and a sealable cover for the distribution board are available, increasing user safety. The contactor has a protection class of IP20 and touch protection according to VDE 0106 part 100. The mechanical durability of the device is as high as 10 million switching cycles, guaranteeing long and trouble-free operation.
