The EMT6 machine thermistor protection is a device that monitors temperature based on the resistance of a thermistor. The relay reacts to changes in resistance in the range of 750 - 12000 Ohm, allowing for precise temperature control of motors, bearings, gears and other components exposed to overheating. A built-in LED indicator signals the status of the power supply and any errors, facilitating diagnostics and quick response in the event of a failure. The device is powered by AC/DC voltage in the range of 24-240V (50/60Hz), which ensures wide compatibility with various power systems.
Construction and characteristics
The EMT6 protection is characterized by a solid construction and easy mounting on screw terminals. Compact dimensions (23 mm width, 83 mm height and 103 mm depth) allow for installation even in limited space. The lack of detachable terminal function ensures a durable electrical connection. The device has one normally open and one normally closed contact for signaling the operating status and alarm of exceeding the permissible temperature. The rated switching current is 6A.
