This surface mounting enclosure from the M22-IY1 series is a robust solution for securing and aesthetically arranging control and signaling elements. Its compact dimensions (72 mm width, 56 mm height and 80 mm depth) allow for easy installation in limited space. The enclosure is designed for mounting 22.5 mm diameter elements, offering one control position.

The enclosure design guarantees a high degree of protection IP67/IP69K and NEMA 13, which means resistance to dust and water ingress, as well as to high-pressure water jets. This makes it ideal for demanding industrial environments, as well as for outdoor applications. Pre-punched cable glands facilitate installation and ensure safe cable routing. Additionally, the enclosure is equipped with a mounting bracket for stable installation.

Practical solutions for installers and users

The M22-IY1 enclosure features a two-color finish – a yellow cover (RAL 1004) and an anthracite lower part (RAL 9005). This contrast makes it easier to identify control elements. Cable glands with diameters M16, M20 and M25 are also available, providing flexibility when connecting devices. The enclosure material is marked as "Other", suggesting the use of a specialized plastic providing optimal mechanical and thermal properties.
