Construction and parameters

The PKE12/XTU-4 starter consists of a base unit and a replaceable electronic trip unit. The trip unit provides both thermal (overload) and magnetic (short-circuit) protection. The degree of protection IP20 provides protection against finger contact and against the ingress of solid objects larger than 12.5 mm. Power losses are only 0.9 W, which translates to efficient energy use. The device is adapted to work in circuits with a rated voltage from 690 to 690 V and has three poles.
