The DILM12-01(230V50HZ,240V60HZ)-PI contactor is distinguished primarily by a quick and convenient way to connect wires thanks to Push-in technology. This solution reduces cabling time by up to 50% compared to traditional screw terminals, and also provides high resistance to vibration and shock. Spring terminals guarantee a constant clamping force, minimizing the risk of loosening connections and increasing resistance. The contactor is designed to operate at a voltage of 230V AC (50Hz) or 240V AC (60Hz), ensuring compatibility with various power systems. It has one normally open (NO) auxiliary contact, which can be used for self-holding circuits or contactor status signaling.

Operating parameters and application

This contactor is characterized by a rated operating power of 5.5 kW for AC-3 at 400 V and a rated operating current of 12 A for AC-3 at 400 V. It can operate with a voltage from 24 V to 690 V at both 50 Hz and 60 Hz. The rated operating current for AC-1 is 22 A, and for AC-4 – 7 A, allowing its use in various industrial applications. It is a device intended for controlling motors, resistive loads (such as heaters) and lighting. Additionally, it can be used to disconnect local networks and provide galvanic isolation of system parts, especially when using frequency converters and drives.
