Construction and mounting

The DILM12-01(24V50/60HZ)-PI contactor stands out for its quick and convenient connection of wires thanks to the innovative Push-in technology. This solution reduces wiring time by up to 50% compared to traditional screw terminals. Spring terminals provide constant clamping force, which translates into high resistance to vibration and shock, and minimizes the risk of loosening connections. Compatibility with accessories used with screw terminals further facilitates modernization and expansion of installations. The device is 45 mm wide, 68 mm high and 75 mm deep – compact dimensions make it easy to mount in tight spaces.

Parameters and performance

This contactor is characterized by a rated operating power of 5.5 kW for AC-3 at 400 V and a rated operating current of 12 A for AC-3 also at 400 V. It has three main normally closed contacts and one auxiliary normally open contact (1NC). It is adapted to control AC voltage with a value of 24…24 V (50/60 Hz). The rated operating current for AC-1 at 400 V is 22 A, and for AC-4 – 7 A with a power of 3 kW. Thanks to this, the contactor is universal and can be used in various industrial applications. A built-in damping circuit (varistor) protects the control coil from overvoltage, increasing the device's lifespan.
