The On/Off Disconnector In=63A P=37kW P3-63/I4/SVB/HI11 is a complete device in an enclosure, designed according to IEC/EN 60947-3 standards for the safe disconnection of electrical circuits in industrial installations and switchboards. Thanks to its robust construction and compact dimensions, it serves both as a main switch and a safety element in power systems.

Operating parameters and safety level

The device operates at a rated voltage of 690V and a continuous current of 63A, providing an operating power of 30 kW for the AC-23 category at 400V. The rated conditional short-circuit current is 100 kA, and the short-time withstand current Icw is 1.26 kA, guaranteeing effective protection against the effects of short circuits.

The IP65 protection rating on the front side and NEMA 12 class protect the device against dust and moisture, enabling operation in harsh industrial conditions. The red color of the control element combined with a yellow locking ring ensures excellent visibility of the operating status and meets machine safety requirements.

Mechanical construction and control system

The disconnector is equipped with a rotary door drive acting directly on the main contacts, which open in a forced manner upon switching off for maximum operational safety. Connections are made using the screw method, ensuring durable and secure wire connections.

The surface-mounted enclosure with dimensions 160×180×139 mm (width×height×depth) houses the complete apparatus along with insulation. The device features a latching mechanism that allows for locking up to three padlocks simultaneously, meeting the requirements of lockout-tagout procedures used during maintenance work.
