The Z-TS40/1 time-of-use switch is a device designed to automatically disconnect the load depending on the current energy tariff. Thanks to the setting range of the overload release 25-40A and short-circuit 25-40A, the switch effectively protects the circuit against overload and short circuit. The magnetic release mechanism ensures a quick response in the event of a failure.

The Z-TS40/1 switch is a complete device in a housing, made of high-quality materials ensuring durability and resistance to environmental conditions. It has a lever as an actuator and a screw connection of the main contacts, which guarantees reliable electrical connections. The device operates at a rated voltage of 400 V AC and has a protection degree of IP20, which means protection against touching with a finger and solid objects with a diameter of more than 12.5 mm. Power losses are 4.1 W. The switch is single-pole (1P). An important aspect is the lack of phase failure sensitivity and the lack of an integrated undervoltage release or auxiliary contact – which affects its simple construction and intended use for specific tariff applications.
