The B3.1/4-PKZ0 three-phase busbar block is a professional power system component designed for the parallel powering of four PKZM0 series or PKE12/PKE32 motor circuit breakers. The device enables fast and secure connection of protective devices, eliminating the need for individual wiring of each circuit breaker.

Construction and electrical parameters

The power busbar is manufactured as a three-pole busbar with a length of 207 mm, which ensures uniform current distribution across all four device positions. The design occupies 11.5 modules of width on a standard DIN rail, allowing for compact space utilization in large control cabinets.

The device's electrical parameters guarantee high performance: rated continuous current Iu = 63 A and maximum operating voltage Ue = 690 V. The rated impulse withstand voltage is 6 kV, ensuring surge immunity in industrial installations. The connections are made using fork terminal technology, allowing for a secure and durable connection of conductors with various cross-sections.

Safety and functionality

A key design feature is the touch-safe protection, which protects operating personnel from electric shock during installation and maintenance work. The busbar is fully insulated, which further increases the safety level of the installation.
