Wire Straightener – effective straightening for lightning protection installations

The 9-roller straightener is a tool designed for mechanical straightening of lightning protection wire. Made of steel and protected with hot-dip galvanizing, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance, which is particularly important when working in harsh weather conditions. The manual drive makes it independent of power supply and easy to use on any construction site.

Construction and application

The device allows for effective straightening of wire with a diameter of 6-8 mm. Thanks to the precise construction with nine rollers, it guarantees obtaining perfectly straight wire, which is crucial for the correct operation of the lightning protection system. It is worth remembering that for increased stability during operation, it is recommended to attach the straightener to the ground - e.g. to a pallet.

• Using supporting handles (cat. no. 86.1) further facilitates the straightening process and increases work comfort.
• Adjustment of the roller pressing force allows you to adapt the tool to different types of wire and achieve optimal results. Loosening the upper adjusting screws before inserting the wire, and then tightening them so that the material does not slip, will ensure proper operation.
• Hot-dip galvanizing protects the steel against corrosion, which extends the tool's life even with intensive use outdoors.
