Installation cable – reliability and safety in your installation
This H07V-K cable with a cross-section of 95 mm² is a solid choice for both professionals and end users. Made of copper with PVC insulation, it provides safe and efficient power transmission in electrical installations. Its flexible construction makes installation easier, and durable materials guarantee long-term operation. The cable is designed for building internal wiring of switchboards, electrical devices and installations in areas exposed to vibrations.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a single stranded copper core, which provides flexibility and facilitates installation. PVC insulation protects against mechanical damage and external factors. The rated voltage of 450/750 V makes it suitable for a wide range of applications. The green-yellow color makes it easy to identify the cable as an earthing conductor, which increases safety. The approximate outer diameter of the cable is 16 mm, and its weight is about 867 kg/km.
- Durable construction: Copper stranded core provides good conductivity and resistance to mechanical loads.
- Flexibility: Flexible construction makes it easy to route cables in tight spaces and allows for free shaping of the installation route.
- Safety: PVC insulation protects against electric shock and ensures safe operation.
- Wide application: The cable is suitable for use indoors, in installation pipes and in other protected places.
- Temperature resistance: The cable retains its properties in the temperature range from -40°C to +70°C, allowing it to be used in various environmental conditions.
- Compliance with standards: Made in accordance with harmonized standard (H) for rated voltage 450/750 V (07).
Applications and installation
The H07V-K cable is used in electrical installations in residential, commercial and industrial buildings. It is ideal for connecting electrical devices, creating switchboards and running wiring inside walls and ceilings. The minimum bending radius for normal use is 4xD (where D is the outer diameter of the cable), and for careful bending at the end – 2xD. Remember to use appropriate tools and follow safety rules during installation! Due to the lack of armor or reinforcement, the cable requires additional mechanical protection during permanent laying – e.g. by placing it in installation pipes or cable ducts.
