Functionality and flexible mounting

This three-pole (3P) circuit breaker with a rated current of 40A, characterized by a D characteristic, is perfect for circuits with receivers with high inrush current – such as motors. The D characteristic allows it to react more slowly to short current surges, so it tolerates starting devices with a motor well. The ability to mount additional accessories, such as auxiliary contacts or overcurrent and undervoltage releases, expands the functionality of the device and allows it to be adapted to the specific needs of the installation. In addition, the circuit breaker can be powered from the top or bottom, and the busbar can also be connected from the top or bottom, making it easier to mount in various configurations.

Safety and ease of use

ETIMAT 10 has been designed with safety in mind. It has a protection degree of IP20, which provides effective protection against contact with live parts. The contact position indicator and the ON/OFF marking on the switching lever make it easy to quickly identify the status of the circuit breaker.
