Flush-mounted distribution box – a solid solution for your installation

This empty flush-mounted distribution box from the SOLID GSX series is a reliable element of any electrical installation. Made of steel and coated with powder coating in RAL 7035 (grey), it provides durability and an aesthetic appearance. Designed for flush mounting, it is ideal for both residential and commercial buildings. Its dimensions (860x560x160 mm) and capacity of 108 modules allow for free arrangement of equipment and creation of a functional distribution box.

Construction and mounting – well-thought-out solutions for professionals

The distribution box has been designed with easy installation and subsequent operation in mind. The cassette has knockouts for making holes for wires and cables, and holes in the frame allow for adjusting the position of the housing relative to the wall – even by 15 mm, which facilitates leveling inaccuracies during installation. Mounting is done using expansion bolts (9 mm holes and 6 mm anchor points) and mounting foam, which guarantees stability and safety. Removable mounting inserts facilitate installation and servicing of devices. The door is equipped with two patent locks with key code 1333, ensuring secure access to the inside of the distribution box. The possibility of reversing the door left/right increases flexibility during installation.

Safety and compliance with standards

The housing has protection class I and protection degree IP42 (can be increased to IP44 with the use of a gasket), protecting against access to live parts and against the ingress of solid objects. Additionally, the housing is characterized by high mechanical resistance IK10. The construction ensures the continuity of electrical connections of the protective circuit, and the internal frame is equipped with welded M6 nuts for mounting the vertical support and connecting the protective conductor. The product meets the requirements of the RoHS directive, confirming its compliance with environmental standards. The rated current of the distribution box is 250A.
