Flush-mounted distribution box – a solid solution for your installation

This empty flush-mounted distribution box from the SOLID GSX series is a reliable element of any electrical installation. Made of steel and coated with powder coating in RAL 7035 (grey), it provides durability and an aesthetic appearance. Designed for flush mounting, it offers a high level of protection IP42, which can be increased to IP44 by using an additional gasket (available separately).

The 4XP160 3-4 distribution box is characterized by a large capacity – as many as 144 modules, arranged in 4 rows of 36 modules each. Width 860 mm, height 710 mm and depth 160 mm allow for comfortable installation and cable management. The housing construction provides resistance to mechanical impact – IK10 class. A patented lock guarantees the security of access to the interior.

Installation and functionality for professionals and users

The installation of the distribution box is simple and intuitive. The cassette has holes allowing mounting in the recess using expansion bolts and mounting foam. The frame adjustment in the range of approx. 15 mm allows compensation for inaccuracies when embedding the cassette in the wall. Removable mounting inserts facilitate the installation and servicing of equipment. Additionally, the housing has heated M6 nuts, which are used to mount the vertical bracket and connect the protective conductor, ensuring the continuity of the protective circuit connections.

The door can be easily transferred to the left or right side without tools, which increases flexibility during installation. Weaknesses in the cassette allow cutting holes for wires and cables, and standard equipped patented locks provide security.
