Universal flush-mounted distribution box for safe and organized cabling

This empty flush-mounted distribution box from the SOLID GSX series is a solid solution for both professional installers and end-users. It provides a safe and aesthetic arrangement of electrical installations inside premises. Made of steel with powder coating (RAL 7035), it guarantees durability and corrosion resistance. Protection class I and high impact resistance (IK10) are additional advantages that translate into long-term and trouble-free operation.

Construction and mounting – flexibility and precision

The distribution box offers a large mounting space – as many as 96 modules (24 in a row) in four rows. This allows for free arrangement of electrical equipment. The box has knockouts for cutting holes for cables, making it easier to introduce cables. Mounting is done using expansion bolts (9 mm holes and 6 mm anchors) and mounting foam, and the frame adjustment allows compensation for minor inaccuracies during recessing. Removable mounting inserts facilitate installation and subsequent servicing. The door can be easily mounted without tools, and its possibility of being reversed left/right increases flexibility during installation. Access to the interior is secured by a patent lock with key code 1333.

Safety and compliance with standards

The housing ensures the continuity of electrical connections of the protective circuit thanks to conductive structural parts. It has welded M6 nuts in the inner frame, used to mount the vertical support and connect the protective conductor. The degree of protection IP42 (can be increased to IP44 with door seal) protects against access to dangerous elements and the ingress of solid objects. The product meets the requirements of the RoHS directive, confirming its compliance with environmental standards. The rated current is 250A, making it suitable for various applications.
