Construction and features

The fuse link is characterized by a solid construction. The body is made of durable steatite, and the knife contacts are silver-plated – guaranteeing electrical stability and long-term operation. Filling the body with quartz sand of a special granulation increases the short-circuit breaking capacity to 120kA. Therefore, in the event of a failure, the fuse link will react quickly and effectively, minimizing the risk of damage.

Additionally, the fuse link is equipped with a double tripping indicator – a red eye on the ceramic body and a springy plate on the top cover. This solution facilitates quick identification of a blown fuse, both in the base and in the fuse disconnector. The double indicator is not only convenience but, above all, increased work safety. The possibility of cooperation with the NVS 5 microswitch enables remote signaling of the fuse link operation.

The gG characteristic provides full-range protection against overloads and short circuits.
