The fuse insert is made of high-quality steatite, a material characterized by thermal stability. The knife contacts made of silver-plated brass guarantee good electrical contact and minimize energy losses. The covers made of aluminum provide corrosion resistance, which translates into a longer product life. The insert is filled with quartz sand of a special granulation, which affects its ability to disconnect short circuits.

It is particularly worth paying attention to the double tripping indicator. The combination of an indicator located on the top cover and in the central part of the ceramic body ensures easy and quick visual identification of a blown fuse – both in the base and in the fuse disconnector. This facilitates diagnostics and reduces installation downtime. Additionally, the indicator on the top cover enables cooperation with the NVS 5 microswitch for remote tripping signaling.

NH1C gG fuse links are widely used in low-voltage switchboards, where they protect circuits against overloads and short circuits. The gG characteristic (full-range) makes them ideal for protecting general-purpose installations as well as wires and cables. The product meets the requirements of IEC 60269-1 and IEC 60269-2 standards, confirming its safety and reliability. The rated short-circuit switching capacity is 120 kA at AC 500V, ensuring effective protection of the installation against the effects of sudden overvoltages.
