NH1C gG 50A/500V fuse links are reliable and proven elements used to protect cables and wires from the effects of overloads and short circuits. Their electrical parameters and dimensions meet the requirements of PN-93/E-06160 (gF), PN-IEC-269 and VDE 0636.

This model, with a rated current of 50A and a voltage of 500V AC, is characterized by its universal purpose (gG) – it is ideally suited for general-purpose protection, providing protection against overload and short circuit. The fuse link is made in size NH1C.

A key feature of this model is the dual blown indicator. The combination of an indicator on the top cover and a central indicator in the ceramic body provides a clear and easy-to-read indication of the fuse link having blown. This is particularly important for installers during diagnostics and service, as well as for end users who can quickly identify the need for replacement. Additionally, the indicator on the top cover enables cooperation with the NVS 5 microswitch for remote signaling of operation.

The construction of the fuse link is designed for durability and reliability. The body is made of durable steatite, and the knife contacts are silver-plated to ensure good electrical contact and corrosion resistance. Filling the body with quartz sand of a special granulation guarantees a high short-circuit breaking capacity (120kA) and stable electrical parameters. The total Joule integral of switching is 18000 A²s, and the pre-arcing 4100 A²s.

The NH1C gG 50A/500V fuse link is compatible with fuse bases and fuse disconnectors equipped with microswitches for remote signaling. Insulated handles (NH…/I…) are also available to increase safety during installation and operation.
