Functionality and technical parameters

ETIMAT 6 circuit breaker with a rated current of 20A and C characteristic provides optimal protection of electrical circuits. Characteristic C allows for short-term overloads, which is particularly important when starting devices with motors or other loads with high inrush current. The rated short-circuit breaking capacity of 6kA at 400V and 6kA at 230V ensures effective disconnection of the circuit in the event of a failure. The device has a protection degree of IP20, which means protection against contact with fingers and against the ingress of solid objects larger than 12.5 mm. The possibility of connecting wires with a cross-section from 1 to 25 mm² provides a wide range of applications.

Installation and additional functions

ETIMAT 6 circuit breaker offers flexible installation thanks to the possibility of power supply from both the top and the bottom. Additionally, it is possible to mount auxiliary contacts (PS ETIMAT 10) and an overcurrent release (DA ETIMAT 10), which allows for expanding the functionality of the device. The lever of the circuit breaker can also be secured with a seal in the "ON" and "OFF" positions, preventing accidental change of state. The "ON/OFF" marking on the switching lever facilitates operation and identification of the device status. Each circuit breaker is marked with a unique EAN code for easy identification and tracking.
