Functionality and technical parameters

The design of the ETIMAT 6 circuit breaker is based on characteristic D, which means that it reacts with a slight delay to short-term current surges. This is particularly important when connecting devices with motors or other loads with high starting current – it prevents the circuit breaker from tripping unnecessarily during normal operation. The rated current of 13A and the high short-circuit breaking capacity of up to 6kA (at 230V and 400V) guarantee reliable operation in various conditions. The two-pole design allows for the protection of two phase conductors in one device.

• Possibility of connecting wires with a cross-section from 1 to 25 mm² ensures compatibility with different types of installations.
