ETIMAT 6 circuit breaker is a proven safety element in electrical installations – both in residential buildings and public and industrial facilities. It provides effective protection against the effects of short circuits and overloads, protecting electrical circuits and devices connected to them. The 3-pole design with a neutral pole (3p+N) increases safety and functionality.

Functionality and technical parameters

This circuit breaker is characterized by a rated current of 63A and a D tripping characteristic, which means it reacts more slowly to short-term current surges – an ideal solution for circuits with devices with high inrush current, e.g. motors. The rated short-circuit breaking capacity of 6kA at 230/400V guarantees effective disconnection of the circuit in the event of a failure. The circuit breaker is designed to operate at temperatures from -25°C to +55°C and has a protection degree of IP20, ensuring safe use in standard conditions.

Installation and compatibility

ETIMAT 6 is mounted on a TH35 rail, which simplifies and speeds up installation. It accepts solid and stranded wires with a cross-section from 1 to 25 mm², providing flexibility in the selection of wires. The width of 4 modules allows for efficient use of space in the distribution board. Additionally, the possibility of mounting auxiliary contacts (PS ETIMAT 10) and an overcurrent release (DA ETIMAT 10) expands the functionality of the circuit breaker, adapting it to the specific needs of the installation. Compliance with IEC/EN 60898-1 and IEC 60947-2 standards confirms its high quality and safety.
