The ETITEC ML T123 300/12.5 1+1 RC modular surge protector is a reliable solution providing comprehensive protection against the effects of lightning strikes and switching surges. This surge protector combines the features of Type 1, 2 and 3 surge protectors (classification I, II, III), making it a universal choice for various applications. It provides protection in TN, TN-S and TT network systems. Its construction based on varistors (MOV) and spark gaps (GDT) guarantees effective surge suppression, and an additional optical signaling system informs about any damage.

Characteristics and application

The ETITEC ML T123 300/12.5 1+1 RC is characterized by a surge current of 12.5 kA (10/350 µs) and a protection level of 1.5 kV. Thanks to this, it effectively protects against the effects of direct and indirect lightning strikes, as well as surges generated during switching of loads. The rated AC voltage is 240 V, and the maximum continuous operating voltage is 300 V.

This surge protector is particularly recommended for use in places exposed to frequent surges, such as residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Its compact size (2 modules) makes it easy to install even in crowded distribution boards. The maximum wire cross-section for connection is 35 mm² for solid and stranded wires and 25 mm² for flexible wires.
