It will work in TN-S, TN-C-S, TT and IT networks. The use of RCDs with a differential current ≤ 30 mA is recommended to ensure additional protection against direct contact with live parts. A differential current value of 0.5 A provides effective protection against the effects of insulation damage and potential fire hazards.

The EFI-P2 A 16/0.5 RCD is characterized by a high short-circuit strength of 10 kA, which guarantees its stable operation even in the event of overloads. It is adapted to cooperate with multi-wire and solid-core wires with a cross-section of 25 mm². The rated differential current is 0.5 A, and the rated current of the switch is 16 A at a rated voltage of 240 V AC and a frequency of 50/60 Hz. The IP20 degree of protection provides basic protection against touch and contamination. The terminal block design allows the use of insulated busbars on both the upper and lower terminals, which facilitates installation and improves the aesthetics of the installation. Additionally, the switch has terminals protected against contact with live parts and the possibility of sealing the lever in the "On" and "Off" positions.
