This two-pole RCD type AC with a rated current of 16A and a differential current of 0.5A is perfect for protecting circuits with a conductor cross-section of up to 25 mm². The IP20 degree of protection provides protection against accidental contact.

Application and benefits

The EFI-P2 AC 16/0.5 RCD is used in TN-S, TN-C-S, TT and IT networks. It is particularly recommended for protecting lighting circuits, sockets in wet rooms and electrical appliances exposed to moisture. Thanks to its sensitivity to alternating currents, it effectively protects against electric shock caused by direct or indirect contact with live parts. Additionally, its compact dimensions (2 module width) allow for efficient use of space in the distribution board.
