Residual Current Device (RCD) EFI6-P2 A 16/0.03 is a key element ensuring the safety of using the electrical installation. Its task is to protect against electric shock, both in the case of direct and indirect contact with live elements. Functionality and technical parameters

This two-pole residual current device with a rated current of 16A and sensitivity A, reacts to both alternating currents and pulsating direct currents. The rated differential current is 30mA, which provides effective additional protection - i.e. protection against direct contact. Short-circuit strength at the level of 6kA guarantees reliable operation in the event of a short circuit in the installation. The switch is characterized by a rated voltage of 240V and an insulation voltage Ui of 440V. The cross-section of the connected conductors can range from 1 to 25 mm², for both solid and stranded conductors.

User comfort and installation

The EFI6-P2 A 16/0.03 switch has been designed with ease of installation and use in mind. Compact dimensions (width 2 modules, depth 68mm) allow installation even in tight switchboards. It has an indicator of the position of the main contacts, making it easier to identify the status of the switch (ON/OFF). The "Test" button allows regular checking of the device's correct operation.
