Dual-channel Wi-Fi controller for professional gate automation
The hermetic WI-TO2S2-R controller is an advanced solution enabling remote control of two devices simultaneously - ideal for entrance gates, garage doors, and pedestrian gates. Thanks to Wi-Fi technology and a dedicated mobile application, it provides full control over property access from anywhere in the world.
Advanced communication and integration
The controller operates on the standard 2.4 GHz frequency, guaranteeing a stable connection with the home Wi-Fi network. An external antenna significantly increases the operating range and improves signal quality, which is particularly important when mounting outside a building. The device supports REST API, allowing integration with external home automation systems such as Home Assistant.
Integration with Google Assistant
The system can operate both via the F&F cloud (global access) and locally via Wi-Fi only, ensuring independence from the internet.
Construction adapted to harsh conditions
The housing, made of thermoplastic in gray (RAL 7035), has an IP65 protection rating, meaning full resistance to dust and water jets. The halogen-free construction guarantees safety of use, and the matte finish fits aesthetically into the surroundings.
The device is adapted to work in extreme temperatures from -20°C to +55°C, making it an ideal solution for Polish climatic conditions. Compact dimensions (91×61×40 mm) facilitate installation even in limited space.
Universal connection possibilities
The controller is equipped with two independent relay channels, each with a capacity of 6A for resistive load and 1.5A for inductive/capacitive load. The voltage at the contacts is 250V AC or 24V DC, allowing for safe operation with different types of drives.
Two local inputs allow for the connection of:
- Impulse buttons for manual control
- Gate or pedestrian gate open/close sensors
- Signals from existing automation
Connections are made via spring terminals supporting wires with a cross-section of 0.2÷1.5 mm², which simplifies installation without the need for specialized tools.
Electrical parameters and power supply
The device is powered by 9÷30V AC/DC voltage, providing great flexibility in choosing a power source. Power consumption is minimal - only 1.2W in standby mode and 2W during active operation. The control impulse current is below 3mA, making the device compatible even with weak control signals.
The transmission power according to the IEEE 802.11n standard is a maximum of 20 dBm, and the receiver sensitivity is as high as -98 dBm, ensuring reliable communication even with a weak Wi-Fi signal.
Safety and galvanic separation
A key safety feature is the galvanic separation between inputs and outputs, eliminating the risk of surges and protecting the delicate electronics of the gate drives from damage. The system automatically determines the status of the devices ("gate closed", "gate open"), providing full control over the access state.
The hermetic design guarantees uninterrupted operation throughout the year, regardless of weather conditions - from summer heat to winter frosts.
