Bistable relay for flush-mount installation with a time-out switch

This bistable relay, designed for installation in a flush-mount box, is an ideal solution for controlling lighting or other devices from multiple points. Equipped with a time-out switch, it offers additional functionality and ease of use. The BIS-410-LED-24V relay is designed to work with various types of loads, including LED lamps and fluorescent lamps, thanks to the use of an "inrush" relay resistant to inrush currents.

Versatile application and reliability

The relay allows the receiver to be switched on with a short press of a button – the contact will remain closed until the button is pressed again or the set time expires. A long press of the button (minimum 2 seconds) causes the contact to be permanently switched on, which will only open after another press. This solution works both in home and commercial installations where flexibility and reliable lighting control are required.

The BIS-410-LED-24V relay has screw terminals with a cross-section of 2.5 mm² and a tightening torque of 0.4 Nm. The device's power consumption is 0.7 W. It should be remembered that the relay does not have a memory of the state after a power failure – after re-powering, the contact is always in the off position. It is also worth noting that the device does not work with backlit buttons. If it is necessary to control larger inrush currents, it is recommended to use an external switching element (e.g., a contactor).
