The BIS-419-LED-24V bistable relay is a versatile device designed to control lighting or other loads from multiple points. Its sequential function allows for flexible management of two circuits, making it an ideal solution for both home and industrial installations. The design based on a relay with an inrush function (160A/20ms) ensures reliable operation even with loads with high starting current, such as LED fluorescent lamps or electronic transformers. DIN 35mm rail mounting simplifies installation and integration with existing infrastructure.

Functionality and configuration options

The BIS-419-LED-24V relay offers a wide range of configuration options thanks to four operating functions (A, B, C, D). These allow you to adapt the device's behavior to specific application needs. The functions differ in how they respond to control pulses, offering options for repeating sequences, switching states, or resetting to the initial state. LED signaling of the power supply status (green) and the activation of individual circuits (red R1 and R2) facilitates monitoring of the device's operation. The supply voltage in the range of 9÷30 V AC/DC ensures compatibility with various power sources.

Safety and reliability in operation

The relay design was created with safety and reliability in mind. It has contact separation, which increases resistance to interference and ensures safe operation. Resistance to surge currents makes it particularly recommended for applications with pulsed loads. It is worth remembering that the BIS-419-LED-24V model is not compatible with backlit buttons – standard momentary (bell) switches should be used. The maximum switching current is 16A (for cos φ = 0.6), and the maximum switching capacity for incandescent bulbs is 2000W. The device operates at temperatures from -25°C to +50°C.
