Bistable relay, DIN rail mounting, with inrush relay 160A/20ms 24V BIS-411-LED-24V
Bistable relay for DIN rail mounting
The BIS-411-LED-24V bistable relay is a reliable solution for remote control of lighting and other electrical devices. Designed for DIN rail mounting, it occupies only one module, allowing for efficient use of space in the distribution box. Its design based on a relay with an inrush function (160A/20ms) makes it particularly resistant to surge currents generated during the switching of loads such as LED fluorescent lamps, electronic transformers or discharge lamps.
Functionality and application
The BIS-411-LED-24V relay allows you to switch a load on and off using pulses from momentary (bell) buttons. Each pulse changes the state of the relay – from open to closed and vice versa. This is an ideal solution in installations where control from several different points is needed without the need to use latched switches. It is worth remembering that this model is not compatible with backlit buttons due to the low supply voltage.
Technical characteristics and benefits
The BIS-411-LED-24V relay is characterized by a universal supply voltage range (100…230V AC) and a control voltage of 9…30V AC/DC. The maximum switching current is 16A (at cos φ = 0.6), and the switching capacity for incandescent bulbs is as much as 3000W. The switching contact with a load capacity of 16A (AC-1) is adapted to cooperate with receivers generating high inrush currents, which increases its durability and reliability. A width of 1 module makes it easy to install in tight distribution boxes.
- Resistance to surge currents: Thanks to the inrush function, the relay easily handles the switching of loads such as LED fluorescent lamps and electronic transformers.
- Universal supply voltage: The ability to power with both AC and DC voltage increases the flexibility of the installation.
- Compact dimensions: A width of one module saves space in the distribution box.
- Simple installation: Mounting on a standard 35mm DIN rail is quick and easy.
- Application in smart installations: The ability to remote control using pulses makes it an ideal element of home and industrial automation systems.
- Durability: Solid construction ensures long-lasting and trouble-free operation of the device.
